Your Consultation
Your first visit may be longer than regular check-up visits because we will need some time to get to know you and review your medical and dental health history. The first visit will include a thorough examination to determine whether you have bone loss, loose teeth, or issues with your bite. We can also perform an oral cancer screening during this visit.
What Should I Expect?
Your first visit to our practice will include an introduction to our team members and a periodontal exam. This can be completed with little or no discomfort and we may also take a set of digital x-rays for your files. This is an ideal time to discuss your concerns and goals with one of our experienced doctors.
Modern Dental Technologies
Our office is equipped with modern dental technology, including digital X-rays, an intraoral camera, and the Prexion Cone Beam system. These pieces of equipment help to shorten visit times and provide a high level of care to all patients.
How Long is My First Visit?
Your initial visit may be longer than standard check-up visits because we will need some time to go over your medical and dental history, review insurance information, take digital X-rays, and discuss treatment options with you. Please allow approximately 90 minutes for your first visit.
